Heike Mahler provides recruitment consultancy services to family businesses and international groups, assisting them in finding outstanding executives in Germany and abroad. After graduating in business administration, Heike Mahler worked in marketing positions at several international branded goods companies - latterly as marketing director at Groupe Danone S.A. in Paris. Other posts during her management career included positions at American family-owned corporation Mars and at former Germany company Jacobs-Suchard. She has also taken the Executive Management Programme at INSEAD. Later she switched to personnel consultancy. Until the end of 2010 she was a partner and senior executive at one of the leading personnel consultancy firms in Germany, Dr. Rochus Mummert & Partner GmbH.
